Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Diazluna Corp ("Diazluna", "we") services, including website generation, AI receptionist, WhatsApp chat, and other features offered at diazluna.ai.

The service

Diazluna builds and publishes a bilingual website for your professional practice. If you activate a paid plan, we keep your site online, connect the channels you choose (email, WhatsApp, calls), and give you access to the admin dashboard.

Pricing and billing

Current plans and pricing are listed at diazluna.ai/en/#pricing. The site is built free. You only pay when you activate a plan. We charge in advance, monthly or annually based on your choice. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation and guarantee

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing hola@diazluna.ai. We offer a full thirty (30) day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge: if you cancel within that window, we refund your subscription and activation fee in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, no further charges are made upon cancellation, but the current-period charge is non-refundable.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content (text, images, practice data) you provide or that we generate from your input. You grant Diazluna a limited license to use that content solely to operate your site. If you cancel, we export your content on request.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service online, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from temporary outages.

Text messages (SMS)

If you verbally authorize text messages during a call with our virtual receptionist, Diazluna will send appointment confirmations and reminders to the number you provide. Message frequency is transactional (typically one message per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of your phone number and consent is governed by our Privacy Policy, which confirms that we do not share or sell that information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least fifteen (15) days before material changes take effect.
